How it all began

In August 2024, I had the incredible opportunity to take over Rustic Charm Vintage Rentals, a beloved business located in historic Honesdale, PA. Founded in 2016 by Tina Gelatt and Carol DeGraw, Rustic Charm has long been a go-to for couples looking for unique, curated rentals to elevate their special events. With 14 years of experience in event planning and a deep passion for creating unforgettable experiences, I felt this was the perfect next chapter in my journey.

Before taking the reins at Rustic Charm, I had the privilege of serving as the venue and wedding coordinator at Wallenpaupack Creek Farm, where I helped many wonderful couples bring their wedding dreams to life. These experiences, combined with my background in teaching, wedding planning, and coordinating, have fueled my love for the wedding industry and provided me with a comprehensive skill set that allows me to offer couples a full-service experience.

In addition to Rustic Charm, I’m currently working with my nearest and dearest to open a new family-owned venue, The Venue at Carley Brook in Honesdale, PA, which will open in May 2025. These combined experiences have allowed me to develop a unique perspective on wedding design and event coordination. I am passionate about supporting couples and dedicated to ensuring that every celebration is not only unique but a true reflection of the couple's vision.

At Rustic Charm, we specialize in offering an eclectic mix of vintage, modern, and bohemian rentals for weddings, bridal showers, baby showers, private parties, and more. Our curated collection includes everything from farmhouse tables and chairs to vintage tableware, bars, and decor—each piece selected with care to help create a style that is distinctly yours. My goal is to continue the tradition of providing one-of-a-kind rentals that make your celebration both beautiful and memorable.

I am thrilled to head this amazing business and to help couples create the celebrations of their dreams with our unique rentals and event design. Starting in 2026, we will also be offering Wedding Planning services exclusively for couples at The Venue at Carley Brook, so keep an eye out for details!
